How will my hamper be packaged?
We pay great attention to the packaging and presentation of your gift as well as the beautiful contents, we have nearly 20 years of experience of putting hampers together, whether you have chosen a traditional Luxury wicker hamper or one of our gift cartons all hampers are beautifully packaged and sent with your personal message.
Sustainability is important to us
All our wicker hampers are despatched in a strong twin wall branded Welsh Hamper Company cardboard outer for protection in transit which are 100% recyclable. We use a natural product for our hamper fill that is environmentally friendly and safe for use with food products which is also 100% biodegradable, the wood wool we use comes from the excess pine and spruce from managed forests, where, to maintain the health of the forest they perform the essential process of thinning, it gives your hampers a natural authentic look with this eco-friendly hamper filler, not only will it make your gift hamper look stunning but will also help to protect them in transit. Our quality wicker baskets are perfect for high quality luxury hampers which are also are environmentally friendly.
Can I select a preferred delivery date when I order?
Throughout the year when you are placing your order you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date.
Can I select a Christmas delivery date?
Only for the early bird – if you would like to order your Christmas hamper early you will have the opportunity to select a preferred delivery date in December. For all orders placed during the peak month of December we offer an “in time for Christmas “delivery service as an exact date can not be guaranteed due to peak month of the year.
If I place my Christmas hamper order early will all the products in the hamper cover Christmas?
Whenever you order your Christmas hamper we will always make sure all contents of the hamper will cover Christmas, also by placing your order early you will have the opportunity to choose a preferred delivery date.
Can I add a gift message to my Hamper?
Yes, all orders include a personal message card, this can be entered during the ordering process after the item has been added to the basket.
Can I track my order?
Where possible you can track your order, but we also will that for you.
Do you include any invoice with the hamper?
The only information sent with the hamper is a personal gift card.
